What are we looking for?
· Must be able to work weekends and holidays
. Must be available to work between the hours of 10:30am and 5:30pm.
. Passion for food, wine, beverage and our restaurant concept
· Extensive knowledge of local products such as produce and seafood, farms, and farmers
· Ability to present and converse the menu, restaurant concept, and memorize daily specials in an eloquent manor as well as delivering the highest standards of service in a busy and fast paced environment while demonstrating compassion and creating exceptional customer relations
· Basic knowledge of common food allergies and dietary preferences
· Extensive knowledge of wine, cocktails, and beverage including: grape varietals, wine regions of the world, and wine and food paring

Physical Requirements
· Ability to continuously walk and or stand, move up and down multiple flights of stairs and transport items (such as glassware, and dishes, beverages) weighing up to 50 lbs. continuously, and also lift items above the shoulders throughout the duration of a possible 8 hour shift on a regular basis
· Able to work in all inclement weather such as in the sun, wind and or rain
· Willingness to maintain a neat, clean and well-groomed appearance (specific standards available)
